Item, received, just nie, at 1.45 PM, on Thurs 28th Aug 2025. Item, well wrapped and packaged. Delay, courier, gave wrong tracking message, date of delivery ommited. Unnecessay, delay, including invonvinence to me the buyer snd to the seller, created by the incompetence, negleegence; deliberstley caused, by Royal Mail, delivery personnel. I recommend, change courier.

Unfortunately, the item was lost in transit by Evri, through no fault of the seller. The seller communicated promptly and clearly throughout, and once it was clear the parcel was lost, they issued a refund straight away. Unlucky situation, but the seller is great and trustworthy.
